Qualifications

• Experience with ATS and candidate management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sourcers to build effective sourcing and closing approaches.
• Manage relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Set benchmarks, metrics, and ensure timely delivery against SLAs.
• Coordinate complex offers and maintain candidate experience throughout the process.
• Contribute to process improvements and recruitment strategy development.
