• Financial services experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle sourcing for key roles and partner with managers on workforce plans.
• Oversee postings, screening criteria, and interview guides; draft offers with HR.
• Support onboarding, talent pipelines, and employment branding initiatives.
• Track recruiting metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Serve as HR advisor to business units and coach managers on performance.
