Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruiting operations or similar operational role.
• Experience with ATS or HR technology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operational needs of the Director of Recruiting and recruiting team.
• Coordinate information and activities among Recruiting, Sales, Operations, consultants, and other internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate pipeline meetings focused on open positions, recruiting progress, candidate activity, advisor status, priorities, and challenges.
• Document meeting updates, track action items, and follow up with responsible team members.
• Maintain recruiting workflows, checklists, process documentation, and SOPs.
• Prepare reports, meeting materials, and other operational resources.
• Coordinate consultant onboarding, assignment extensions, ongoing care, and offboarding.
• Ensure required documentation, communications, system updates, and handoffs are completed accurately and on time.
• Track consultant interactions, milestones, upcoming end dates, concerns, and follow-up actions.
• Escalate consultant concerns or risks to the appropriate team member.
• Support consistent consultant communication and identify opportunities to improve the consultant experience.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and current candidate, consultant, client, and job data in ATS and other recruiting platforms.
• Conduct routine data reviews and follow up on missing information, inaccurate records, and duplicates.
• Support ATS administration, workflow execution, and team adoption.
• Assist with recruiting reports and operational metrics for leadership.
