Job summary

CapCenter is seeking a full-time Recruiter to connect great people with great opportunities and support our growth. You will collaborate with leaders and HR, build candidate pipelines, and manage postings and ATS workflows across professional and operational roles.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, personable, and takes ownership of recruiting processes, from sourcing to hire, with a passion for engaging talent and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR experience.
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates, not just reviewing applications.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and searches at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruiting for a variety of professional and operational positions across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR to identify talent, build candidate pipelines, and create a positive experience from first contact through hire.
• Manage job postings and candidate pipelines through our applicant tracking system.
• Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, Handshake, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and identify qualified candidates for hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Keep recruiting activity and candidate information accurate and up to date.
• Build relationships with colleges and universities and expand campus recruiting.
• Participate in career fairs and other events.
• Track recruiting activity and identify opportunities to improve our hiring process.
• Participate in new hire orientation and help maintain orientation and recruiting materials.
• Contribute to talent acquisition and HR projects as assigned.
