Job summary

Capstone is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles and serve as the main point of contact for hiring managers. You will coordinate remote staffing and vendor relationships and keep the recruiting operations running smoothly.

You will post jobs, screen applicants, and maintain ATS records while generating recruitment metrics for leadership. A strong candidate will balance speed with accuracy and collaborate across service lines.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• 1-2 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience; professional services experience a plus.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, Glassdoor.
• Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system and HRIS platform.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage concurrent requisitions.

Responsibilities

• Support requisition intake, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management for assigned open roles.
• Support a steady volume of roles across the firm's service lines.
• Post and maintain job ads across job boards, social platforms, and the company career page. Review and respond to all applications.
• Keep applicant tracking system records accurate and up to date.
• Maintain recruiting reports — pipeline, funnel, and lifecycle metrics — for leadership review.
