Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across a range of clients. You will analyze hiring needs, deploy tailored recruiting strategies, and build a robust candidate pipeline to meet client objectives.

You will coach candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain strong relationships with both clients and associates to ensure high service levels in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–3 years in recruiting or related field preferred.
• Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Strong prioritization and organizational abilities.
• Problem solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with employment laws and compliance.
• Experience with ATS and applicant sourcing tools.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for multiple job orders and roles, including temp, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire.
• Develop and deploy client-specific recruiting strategies and candidate pipelines.
• Coordinate interviews, provide coaching, and manage candidate submissions.
• Analyze hiring needs and adapt recruitment strategies to meet client goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and associates to ensure service quality.
