Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Conduct structured interviews and coach candidates on interview techniques.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand needs and timelines.
• Develop client-specific recruitment strategies and pipelines.
• Maintain candidate records and provide updates on progress.
• Redeploy temporary associates and manage candidate experience.
