Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across diverse clients. You will analyze hiring needs, deploy tailored recruiting strategies, and build a strong candidate pipeline.

You will interview candidates, coach them for success, and coordinate with hiring managers to meet placement KPIs. Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of recruiting experience, strong communication, and comfort with ATS and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience preferred.
• Experience with staffing or HR solutions is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Develop and deploy client-specific recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Conduct structured/behavioral interviews and provide coaching to candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand needs and ensure timely placements.
• Maintain records and communicate with candidates and clients professionally.
