Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across diverse clients. You will build pipelines, assist candidates with interviews, and coach for success while partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

You will analyze hiring needs, deploy strategies, and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Experience with staffing or HR solutions is desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Develop client-specific recruiting strategies and pipelines.
• Conduct structured interviews and coach candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and timelines.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure quality service.
• Redeploy temporary associates and manage relationships with clients and associates.
• Lead or escalate as needed in the absence of management.
