Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and place candidates across temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles. You will build candidate pipelines, collaborate with clients to align hiring strategies, and coach candidates through resumes and interviews.

You will analyze hiring needs, leverage recruiting tools, and maintain strong relationships with associates and clients while meeting KPIs and service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years in recruiting or related experience.
• Strong communication and written skills.

Responsibilities
