Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and place candidates across temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles for a variety of clients. You will build pipelines, deploy targeted recruiting strategies, and partner with hiring managers to understand needs and deliver top talent.

Responsibilities include candidate coaching, interview facilitation, and maintaining strong relationships with associates and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws, rules and regulations.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Develop client-specific and role-specific recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain comprehensive candidate pipelines.
• Coach candidates on resumes and interview preparation.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand client needs and drive process.
• Conduct structured interviews and assess fit for roles.
