Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter to source and recruit for temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct-hire roles across diverse clients. You will analyze hiring needs, build pipelines, and deploy client-specific recruiting strategies while leading when management is unavailable.

You will coach candidates, coordinate with hiring managers, and ensure compliance and high service levels. A strong foundation in ATS and MS Office supports your day-to-day success.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting or other relevant experience is required.
• Previous experience working within an Adecco Group North America business unit or in the staffing or human resources solutions industries is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to focus on client needs with a commitment to quality and customer service.
• Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws, rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of and the ability to utilize Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Knowledge of current sourcing and recruiting trends, best practices, and methodologies.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Recruit candidates to fill orders for a variety of clients and roles.
• Develop candidate pipelines and engage passive candidates.
• Redeploy temporary associates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand client needs and strategies.
• Provide resume coaching and interview preparation for candidates.
• Screen and assess candidates for fit and match to opportunities.
• Attend to candidates contacting the branch and provide accurate information.
• Conduct structured/behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
