Job summary

Southwest Power Pool is seeking an experienced Recruiter to partner with management and the Human Capital team to design and execute end-to-end recruiting strategies. This role will attract and identify top talent to support growth across the company and ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting, strong knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions with confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in a consultative environment.
• Thorough knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Ability to maintain corporate and employee confidentiality at all times.
• Proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders.

Responsibilities

• Drives end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution to ensure business areas are staffed with high-quality talent in alignment with operational goals.
• Partners with management to define talent needs and align hiring strategies with effective selection decisions.
• Uses market insights and talent data to maintain a competitive position and inform sourcing strategies.
• Coordinates and executes outreach and recruiting events such as career fairs to expand the talent pool and strengthen the organizational brand.
• Maintains consistent adherence to recruitment processes and ensures full compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
