Job summary

Spectrum, a leading communications company, is seeking a Recruiter II who will partner with leadership to recruit top candidates, optimize hiring strategies, and ensure compliance across the organization.

You will screen and interview candidates from experienced professionals to new graduates, design strategies with HR, leverage alternative channels, and educate managers on ATS and compliance requirements. This role is based in Worcester, MA with some travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with laws.
• Knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to design recruitment strategies.
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates.
• Identify and leverage alternative recruitment channels.
• Ensure compliance with hiring laws and maintain records.
• Train managers on ATS and compliance requirements.
• Develop and manage recruitment budgets and tools.
• Write and post job ads and respond to inquiries.
