Job summary

Spectrum, a leading communications provider, is seeking a Recruiter II to collaborate with senior leadership and HR to craft recruitment strategies, screen and hire candidates, and expand channels to attract top talent. You’ll ensure legal compliance and drive improvements in our hiring process while contributing to Spectrum’s growth.

You will partner with hiring managers, manage candidate workflows, and leverage diverse sourcing channels to attract specialized talent across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience.
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills and data analysis for trend identification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to design and execute recruitment strategies that meet organizational goals.
• Screen, interview and evaluate candidates from experienced professionals to new graduates.
• Identify and leverage alternative recruitment channels such as online platforms, professional organizations, technical programs and universities.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local hiring laws by maintaining accurate records and monitoring internal processes.
• Recommend recruitment budgets covering job fairs, campus events, tools and vendor fees to maximize hiring effectiveness.
• Write and post job advertisements and respond to employment and agency inquiries, expanding Spectrum's reach to potential candidates.
• Train hiring managers on applicant tracking systems and compliance requirements, maintaining up-to-date recruitment files and proper candidate disposition.
