You will screen and interview candidates, ensuring best fit across levels from experienced professionals to new graduates, while leveraging universities and professional networks.

You will also ensure compliance with hiring laws, optimize budgets for events and tools, and train hiring managers on applicant tracking systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of recruiting or staffing experience.
• Experience designing and executing recruitment strategies.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
• Proven ability to analyze data and improve hiring outcomes.
