TRIAD TECHNOLOGIES LLC is hiring a Recruiter/HR Business Partner for an onsite role in McCook, IL. The position blends full-cycle recruiting with HR business partnership across the employee lifecycle, supporting HRIS, benefits, leaves of absence, compliance, onboarding, and related programs.

The role leads recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions, manages ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, coordinates internal resourcing, and ensures a strong candidate experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Management, or related field.
• At least 3 years of progressive recruiting and HR experience.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and HRIS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and timelines.
• Manage recruiting systems and tools, maintain requisitions, support sourcing campaigns and pipelines, produce reports.
• Source and pre-screen candidates, assess fit, coordinate internal resourcing and onboarding.
• Own the candidate experience and support employment brand from first contact through onboarding.
• Provide practical HR guidance across the employee lifecycle and align people practices with business priorities.
• Support HRIS, benefits, leaves, compliance, onboarding, and other programs with the HR team.
• Maintain accurate recruiting and employee documentation and ensure compliance with federal/state laws.
