Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 3 years of progressive recruiting and HR experience.
• Demonstrated full-cycle recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Hands-on experience with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Manage recruiting systems including ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Source and prescreen candidates and coordinate internal resourcing.
• Enhance candidate experience and employment brand from first contact to onboarding.
• Partner with leaders and HR team to align people practices with business needs.
• Support employee relations, performance management, development, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
