Job summary

Wheels, LLC is seeking a driven Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full recruiting lifecycle, advise leaders, and design competitive offers. You will build strong partnerships with hiring managers, develop proactive sourcing, and ensure a bias-free, efficient hiring process in a hybrid Schaumburg, IL environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, familiarity with Workday ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and strong business acumen. SHRM credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
• At least three to five years managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process highly preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• SHRM Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus.
• Experience with Workday Applicant Tracking System preferred.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring leaders and understand business needs.
• Lead intake discussions, define ideal candidate profiles, and set timelines.
• Advise on role design, market conditions, and compensation considerations.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
• Assess candidates for experience, capabilities, and alignment with needs.
• Lead structured interview processes and evidence-based decisions.
• Collaborate with Compensation and People Team to develop offers.
• Maintain strong candidate engagement and a transparent experience.
• Identify improvements to increase quality of hire and reduce cycle time.
• Use data and market insights to evaluate recruiting effectiveness.
• Support ATS and recruiting tools optimization and compliance.
