Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional recruiting experience.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience independently managing searches from intake through placement.
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches, candidates, and client priorities.
• Highly organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake to placement.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews to assess fit and qualifications.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and communicate progress throughout the search.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates and clients through offers.
