Job summary

Fuyao Glass America Inc. is hiring a Recruiter to build and scale our recruiting process. You will partner with Hiring Managers to forecast talent needs and attract high-quality candidates through social media, job boards, and networking.

You will screen, interview, and assess applicants to identify top talent, while shaping recruitment materials and onboarding processes. The role requires 2+ years of recruiting success, a BS/BA in business or HR, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven success as a recruiter, corporate or staffing/recruiting firm.
• BS/BA in business or human resources related field, or equivalent experience, with recruiting experience required.
• Must be capable of recruiting processes and working with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy and continuously improve the process.
• Understand job descriptions and use them to create effective postings.
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications; conduct interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Facilitate pre-employment steps and assist with onboarding.
• Provide recruiting analytics and reporting to the team.
