Corning Incorporated in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead a Global Talent Acquisition team and drive hiring outcomes that enable business success. You will attract top talent, build stakeholder relationships, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

You will coach a team of 2–3 recruiters, partner with managers and HR, and implement effective recruiting strategies, events, and talent pipelines to support rapid workforce ramp-ups.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of talent acquisition experience with leadership experience.
• Strong full-cycle recruiting and stakeholder management.
• Experience with recruiting tech to optimize output and pipeline health.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2-3 recruiters across critical hiring needs.
• Drive accountability for team performance, hiring outcomes, and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR, and leaders to develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Provide guidance on market trends, best practices, and attraction strategies.
• Lead initiatives including events, interview days, and talent pipelines.
• Maintain proactive communication with stakeholders throughout the process.
• Present recruiting metrics to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Ensure consistent, customer-focused recruiting operations.
• Collaborate with TA leadership to adopt tools and programs.
