Responsibilities

• Drive team performance through leadership and coaching of KPIs and talent acquisition competencies.
• Analyze KPIs and data to determine team performance and develop strategies.
• Identify challenges and drive resolution through solutions.
• Partner with business leaders to source and assess talent.
• Work cross-functionally with the COE to determine advertising strategy and budgets.
• Drive adoption of tools to optimize recruitment process.
• Lead projects to support team initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.
