Apogee Enterprises, Inc is seeking a Recruiter to support the Architectural Glass segment, driving full lifecycle recruiting from planning to hiring. This role focuses on production hourly recruitment for Owatonna, MN and Manchester, NH, onsite full-time with opportunities to flex to other sites.

You will collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to develop strategies, lead college recruitment, and manage our ATS (Workday Recruiting) while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate in HR, Business, or related field OR 2+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing.
• Prior agency/third party recruitment experience preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms (Workday, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter highly preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand business needs and candidate profiles.
• Develop and implement recruiting strategies using diverse channels.
• Advise managers on talent landscape and sourcing strategies.
• Build external networks and source top talent with creative methods.
• Lead college recruitment and internship programs for Architectural Glass segment.
• Utilize Workday Recruiting ATS to track and manage the process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and report on recruiting metrics.
• Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives.
