Unknown is seeking a Recruiter to join our Firmwide Functions team, driving effective hiring strategies and delivering quality administrative talent to support business goals. You will partner with senior leaders to attract, source, and recruit top candidates, shaping proactive pipelines for future needs.

This role manages the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle within your segment, conducts intake calls, sources through diverse channels, interviews and presents candidates, and collaborates with HR

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiter experience in-house or agency.
• Experience sourcing and pipelining talent.
• Excellent client management and stakeholder relations.
• Ability to build relationships and provide a first-class candidate experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to present recruiting activity to senior clients when required.
• Ability to manage expectations and escalations.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and multitasking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Qualify requisitions and ensure information is accurate and job descriptions align with global guidance.
• Lead intake calls with hiring managers and advise on recruitment processes, controls and policies.
• Map talent, build and manage candidate pools, and act as a specialist within your market.
• Source and pipeline qualified candidates through diverse channels, supported by sourcing partner when required.
• Screen, interview and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Coordinate interviews with scheduling team and hiring managers.
• Provide a positive candidate experience with timely communications and feedback.
• Influence decision making and manage expectations of managers and candidates.
• Conduct pre-offer candidate calls and support offer negotiation and management.
• Liaise with hiring managers, HR, and compensation to secure offer approvals.
• Present recruiting activity to senior client groups and manage escalations.
