Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is hiring a Recruiter to source, evaluate, and place talent across business units. You will partner with hiring managers to understand profiles, use multiple sourcing channels, and manage candidate data in our recruiting database.

This role offers a hybrid work environment and exposure to AI-driven insights in talent acquisition. The successful candidate will have 4–7 years in recruitment, a track record of delivering results, and a passion for developing early-career sales talent

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and assessing talent for defined profiles.
• Ability to build relationships with hiring managers to understand profiles.
• Proficient in using multiple sourcing channels and innovative strategies.
• Experience using a candidate database/ATS for tracking.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify and match candidates for defined profiles and open requisitions.
• Develop a thorough understanding of profiles by partnering with hiring managers.
