Job summary

Gartner is seeking a Talent Sourcer to proactively identify and develop a candidate pipeline for business units using online databases, social media, Boolean search and networking. You will engage passive candidates, generate interest through targeted messaging and build relationships to fill current and future roles.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in recruiting or talent acquisition, strong research skills and familiarity with direct sourcing techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–4 years Recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong research and candidate generation skills.
• Business Development and/or Sales experience a plus.
• Familiarity with current direct sourcing techniques and ability to stay current with new techniques.

Responsibilities

• Source potential and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, internet sourcing and networking.
• Expand network through user groups, blogs and events.
• Generate candidate interest by articulating Gartner value proposition.
• Prequalify candidates through profiling, assessments and interviews.
• Develop a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
