Job summary

Vulcan Elements is actively seeking a Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process. You will partner with People Operations and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and craft compelling job descriptions.

Your focus will be on delivering a positive candidate experience while maintaining efficient, data-driven recruitment practices. You will review resumes, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and source top talent across critical roles in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as a full-cycle recruiter in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations for the industry.
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with potential candidates.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking software
• Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn or Indeed.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to hiring strategy and scale recruitment efforts to reduce time to fill for critical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with the hiring team.
• Source candidates through internal databases, networking, and external platforms.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through thoughtful communication and scheduling.
• Analyze candidate survey data to improve talent acquisition strategy.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to align with business needs.
