Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to support growth of a high-priority, advanced technology program. You will manage full lifecycle recruiting across technical and operational roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.

In a fast-paced environment, you will build talent pipelines, source via LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, ensure a positive candidate experience, and collaborate with HR on offers and onboarding across multiple requisitions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, engineering, hardware, or other technical roles.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
• Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage qualified candidates.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to quickly learn technical skill sets and translate hiring manager requirements into effective recruiting strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for technical and operational positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide recruiting updates, and help drive efficient hiring processes.
• Source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and thoughtful engagement throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with HR and cross-functional partners to support offer development, hiring processes, and recruiting initiatives.
• Adapt to changing hiring priorities while effectively managing multiple requisitions and competing deadlines.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and activity within the applicant tracking system.
