Job summary

Gothic Landscape, based in California, is seeking a Recruiter to manage the full recruiting cycle for the Corporate office and construction branches. You will source, screen, interview, extend offers, and onboard new hires, partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment strategies.

You will utilize job boards, networking, referrals, and community outreach to attract qualified candidates, maintain postings, coordinate screenings, and help improve processes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related roles.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions and collaborating with managers.
• Strong verbal and written communication; organized and detail-oriented.
• Proficient with ATS and Paycom HRIS; solid MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Use job boards, networking, referrals, and community outreach.
• Maintain and manage job postings on external boards.
• Coordinate candidate screenings and interviews with a positive experience.
• Build relationships with managers, candidates, and industry professionals.
• Assist with recruiting reports and tracking hiring activity.
• Support ATS maintenance and provide training to hiring managers.
• Stay updated on recruiting trends and employment laws.
