Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in staffing, executive search, or construction recruiting.
• Proven track record of placing candidates in high-volume or fast-growth environments.
• Experience recruiting construction professionals such as PMs, Superintendents, Estimators, and Project Engineers.
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and ATS.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for construction and corporate positions.
• Proactively source candidates through major platforms and networks.
• Build and maintain robust pipelines of passive and active candidates.
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and staffing priorities.
• Screen, interview, and qualify candidates for fit, experience, and culture.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
• Track recruiting activity and pipeline metrics through ATS and tools.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for construction talent.
