Job summary

Unknown is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead the recruitment of corporate salary and skilled trades roles. You will review applications, screen candidates, arrange interviews, conduct reference checks, and extend offers in alignment with company policies.

You will stay current with state and federal employment laws, manage relationships with third-party agencies and internal stakeholders, and maintain accurate applicant data in the ATS while ensuring a professional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Must know current state and federal employment laws.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to identify additional talent pipelines.
• Professional demeanor around applicants.
• Understand ADA regulations as relates to recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Recruit corporate salary and skilled trades employees.
• Review applications using established criteria.
• Select applicants for interviews based on job history and experience.
• Arrange interviews and conduct reference checks.
• Perform criminal background checks as appropriate.
• Make employment offers to qualified candidates.
• Respond to applicants regarding status promptly.
• Organize recruitment events.
• Manage offers and movement within locations and partner companies.
• Coordinate with third-party temp agencies.
• Complete special projects as assigned by the direct manager.
• Fill in for front desk coverage when needed.
• Assist with weekly new employee orientation.
• Maintain accurate application tracking in ATS.
• Stay current with state and federal employment laws.
• Perform tasks safely, efficiently, and per company policy.
• All other duties as assigned.
