Design Group is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment across engineering markets and collaborate with leaders to forecast staffing needs. You will source, engage, and place high-quality technical professionals while aligning with project pipelines and business goals.

You will partner with architecture/engineering practice leaders, travel as needed, and drive speed-to-market hiring with compliant, sustainable processes.

Qualifikationen

• Min 5 years recruiting and sourcing experience in corporate or agency settings.
• Min 4 years recruiting engineering/technical professionals.
• Proficient in current sourcing techniques and job boards.
• Proven track record of placing high-quality professionals.
• Strong networking and relationship-building with passive candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Manage a full-desk recruitment across multiple engineering markets.
• Consult with leadership to identify prospective talent.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers to forecast staffing plans.
• Source passive and active candidates via job boards, social media, events.

• Lead strategic recruitment initiatives for speed-to-market and high-volume roles.
