Job summary

Immediate opening with a base location at 15961 Airline Hwy, Baton Rouge. The ideal candidate will work independently, communicate effectively, and adapt to varying hours including evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in HR or business.
• Minimum 3 years in recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate events and career fairs and manage logistics.
• Conduct full lifecycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Maintain relationships with MMR departments for hiring needs.
• Utilize ATS to track recruiting processes.
• Travel to district offices and university events as needed.
• Develop standardized job descriptions.
