Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in coordination of events and career fairs.
• Perform full-life-cycle recruitment from phone screening to onboarding.
• Help develop standardized job descriptions.
• Maintain rapport with departments to stay updated on hiring needs.
• Utilize an Applicant Tracking System to track processes.
• Assist with registering for events, invoices, and recruiting items.
• Travel to district offices, universities, and career fairs as needed.
• Align tasks with organizational objectives.
