MPS Group, Inc. is seeking a driven Recruiter to join our team at headquarters in Farmington Hills, MI.

You will lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and labor roles across multiple sites, sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews to deliver timely, high-quality hires. You will organize job fairs and recruitment events, track metrics, and partner with HR and site leadership to ensure a smooth onboarding process while maintaining regulatory compliance and a fast-moving, candidate-focused

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, HR or related major preferred.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting hourly/labor roles in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with multi-state recruiting or industries such as manufacturing, operations, or construction is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly and labor roles across multiple sites, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Source candidates via job boards, resume databases, social media, referrals, and local outreach.
• Lead job fairs and recruitment events, including logistics and post-event follow-up; create recruitment materials.
• Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment processes with HR, Safety, and site leadership.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies.
