Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience in high‑volume roles.
• Experience with multi‑state recruiting preferred.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple requisitions.
• Proficient with ATS platforms, HR systems, and recruiting technologies.
• Willingness to travel for events and launches.

Responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting for hourly and labor roles across sites, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, resume databases, social media, referrals, and local outreach.
• Track and report recruitment metrics and improve speed‑to‑hire.
