Job summary

Diversified Maintenance is hiring a Recruiter to develop and execute recruiting strategies within an assigned region to ensure an ongoing pool of qualified candidates for hiring needs, with occasional overnight travel (10-15%).

This role supports recruiting for new business, large events, and acquisitions, partnering with Recruiting Manager and Branch Operations to meet targets, manage ATS, and analyze hiring data across branches.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience recruiting in a high-volume, full-life cycle environment.
• Proven ability to convert goals into action with strategies and plans.
• Experience with advanced recruitment technology and talent management systems (ATS, social media, etc.).
• Able to work independently in a dynamic environment and manage deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to provide meaningful reports.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop recruiting strategies to build an ongoing pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Establish rhythm to deploy quality recruitment campaigns and attract diverse candidates.
• Interview, select, and make offers to meet hiring targets for the region.
• Partner with Recruiting Manager and Field Operations Leadership on recruitment plans.
• Attend meetings and present strategies for expanding hiring needs and account planning.
• Pull weekly recruitment reports from iCIMS and use them to target accounts.
• Develop and maintain a Recruiting Toolbox with resources and methods.
• Provide ATS training and support to branch staff in the region.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, licensing, EEOC, DOL, and related laws.
• Plan and execute social media and marketing campaigns in partnership with Marketing.
• Work with Operations to manage clients related to recruitment and retention.
• Participate in sales presentations when appropriate.
• Assist in managing client expectations around recruitment challenges.
