Job summary

Anduril Industries in California (Costa Mesa) seeks a Strategic Planning Lead to own the long-range real estate strategy for the Air Dominance and Strike Division. You will define space requirements, forecast demand, and coordinate with corporate Space Planning and RE&F to ensure programs have space at the right time.

The role emphasizes building scalable models, scenario planning, and cross-functional leadership with programs, production, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6–10 years of experience in corporate real estate, facilities, strategy, business operations, program or operations management, or FP&A / capacity planning, with a clear interest in real estate and facilities.
• Ability to see the big picture and apply it to day-to-day decisions across strategic planning and execution.
• Willingness to learn a program quickly and understand space needs and timing, with some fluency in engineering and production processes.
• High agency and low ego; capable of driving ambiguous problems to decisions.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence senior executives.
• Travel up to 10% for site visits and meetings.
• Eligibility to hold a US Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Optimize supply and demand of the current real estate portfolio.
• Establish process for raising, vetting, and tracking space requests.
• Match demand to supply by site and timeframe with planning teams.
• Plan moves and account for classified infrastructure, power, labs and production ramps.
• Create and execute longer-term real estate strategy including capital investments.
• Model scenarios and replan quickly for program changes.
