Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to head the Strategic Real Estate for the Air Dominance and Strike Division. You will design and execute the real estate strategy for test sites, labs, offices, and production facilities, aligning space with aggressive growth and program needs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in real estate, facilities, or manufacturing infrastructure at a high-growth hardware company.
• Led teams of planners, industrial engineers, and analysts with hiring and mentoring.
• Delivers large-scale projects on time and on budget with cross-functional partners.
• Experience setting up new industrial facilities, production lines, or factories.
• Skilled with facility drawings, Excel, and construction means and methods.
• Able to travel up to 10% for site visits and meetings.
• Eligible for US Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the AD&S RE&F team across planning and operations.
• Own the AD&S footprint strategy for office, labs, test sites, and production.
• Prioritize space allocation across AD&S teams and programs.
• Set facility requirements with Engineering and Production.
• Own design and construction of each project, ensuring on-time launches.
• Develop multi-year real estate plan and defend capital investments.
• Define space utilization metrics and assess portfolio impact on P&L.
• Manage special projects across finance, real estate, and facilities.
