Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Portfolio Planning & Strategy Lead to own the planning process for space, type, location, and timing across the real estate portfolio.

You will turn headcount plans and program schedules into forecasts of demand and supply, report to the Director of Strategic Real Estate, and present to C-suite with clear math and scenarios. Requires building models and using Palantir Foundry and LLMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years in strategic real estate planning, portfolio strategy, FP&A, or related areas.
• Strong financial and analytical modeling; proven ability to defend numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own the Real Estate Planning Cycle: quarterly portfolio forecast end to end.
• Forecast seat, office, R&D, and production space demand vs. current supply.
• Define metrics: SF per head, seat ratios, utilization, cost per seat; benchmark against peers.
