Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Head of Strategic Real Estate for the AD&S division to lead the real estate and facilities team and shape space strategy across offices, labs, test sites, and production spaces in the United States.

You will manage large, multi-site programs, drive capital planning, and ensure alignment with division leadership. Travel up to 10% and Top Secret clearance eligibility are required for this role.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in real estate, facilities or manufacturing infrastructure at a high growth hardware company.
• Proven ability to build and lead teams of planners, engineers, and analysts.
• Strong PM skills delivering large multi-stakeholder projects on time and budget.
• Experience setting up new industrial facilities from requirements to execution.
• Fluency in technical facility drawings and construction methods.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for site visits.
• Eligible for US Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and Lead the AD&S RE&F Team.
• Set the Real Estate Strategy across office, R&D lab, test site, initial production, and full rate production sites.
• Prioritize and allocate space for multiple teams and sites; present recommendations to leadership.
• Set facility requirements with Engineering and Production teams.
• Own project launches from design to move-in; ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Own multi-year plan and investment; defend it to leadership and commit capital.
