Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Head of Strategic Real Estate for the AD&S division. You will build and lead a team overseeing space planning, industrial facilities, and strategic planning across offices, labs, test sites, and production spaces.

You will own the long‑term real estate strategy, partner with corporate Space Planning, and drive investments for a nationwide footprint while ensuring on-time, on-budget facility launches and efficient use of space.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in real estate or facilities at a high-growth hardware company.
• Proven leadership of planners, engineers, and analysts; strong hiring and team operations.
• Excellent project management delivering large multi-stakeholder initiatives on time and budget.
• Experience building industrial facilities and production lines from requirements to execution.
• Fluent in technical documentation and adept at cost/schedule control.
• Ability to influence executives and partner with corporate real estate teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Eligible for US Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the AD&S RE&F team with coaching and clear expectations.
• Set Real Estate Strategy across office, labs, test sites, and production spaces.
• Prioritize space allocation across teams and programs.
• Define facility requirements with engineering and production.
• Own construction and launches; ensure on-time, on-budget moves.
• Own multi-year real estate plan and business case for capital.
• Measure space use and cost impact; drive portfolio decisions.
• Backstop the function as ultimate owner of RE and facilities.
