Anduril Industries, Inc. in Costa Mesa seeks a senior Portfolio Planning & Strategy Lead to own real estate planning, forecast demand and supply, and present data-driven recommendations to the C-suite.

You will build models, coordinate with Finance and Operations, and use Palantir Foundry and Python/SQL to automate data extraction and reporting. This is a hands-on, senior role that rewards creative, tech-forward problem-solving.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business Admin, Data/Info Science, Urban Planning, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in strategic real estate planning, corporate portfolio strategy, FP&A, capacity/workforce planning, real estate investing, development, or corporate development, incl. mentoring analysts.
• Strong financial and analytical modeling; build models in Excel and Python/SQL, defend numbers.
• Hands-on use of LLMs and modern data platforms (Palantir Foundry or similar, such as Databricks, Snowflake, or dbt).
• Excellent communication, with capacity to influence cross-functional teams and executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for site visits, meetings, events.
• U.S. citizenship; security clearance preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Real Estate Planning Cycle; run the quarterly portfolio forecast end to end.
• Gather headcount and program plans from Finance, Corporate Ops, and divisions.
• Reconcile plans into one view of demand by division, workforce type, and region.
• Publish a 5–10 year outlook on portfolio decisions.
• Track plan vs. actual across forecast versions and explain movements.
• Forecast seat, office, R&D, and production space demand vs. supply; model scenarios and OpEx/CapEx impact.
• Define and track metrics like SF per head and cost per seat; benchmark against peers.
• Work with Talent and leaders to shape location strategy and site timing.
• Build the planning system with Palantir Foundry, Python/SQL, ensuring repeatable, auditable forecasts.
• Use LLM-based agents to automate data extraction, reconciliation, analysis, and presentation.
• Present materials to enable C-suite and leaders to decide.
