Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Strategic Planning Lead in California to own space planning for the AD&S division. You will optimize real estate supply and demand, build processes for space requests, and align capacity with program ramps across multiple sites.

You’ll influence executives and coordinate with engineering and production teams. The role requires 6–10 years in real estate/operations, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and the ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6-10 years in corporate real estate, facilities, strategy, business operations, program or operations management with a record of enabling growth.
• Ability to see the big picture and apply it to day-to-day decisions.
• Ability to learn a program quickly and understand space needs; fluency in engineering/production processes preferred.
• High agency and low ego: take ambiguous problems and drive decisions.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams and executives.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for site visits and stakeholder meetings.
• Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Optimize supply and demand of the current real estate portfolio.
• Establish process and structure for space requests and data accuracy.
• Pressure test demand against headcount, programs, and production ramps.
• Match demand to supply by site and timeframe; reassign programs, densify, expand sites, or add buildings.
• Sequence moves; plan who goes where and when, including classified infrastructure and IT lead times.
• Create and execute longer-term real estate strategy; 3–5 year capital investments.
• Develop a 'build where' strategy with production and engineering teams.
• Model near-term scenarios and keep plans adaptable.
