Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Head of Strategic Real Estate for its Air Dominance and Strike Division to shape the footprint across offices, labs, test sites, and production facilities. You will build and lead the RE&F team, set strategy, and ensure space aligns with program needs and timelines.

This role requires 15+ years in real estate or manufacturing infra, proven leadership, and the ability to travel up to 10%. A US Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in real estate, facilities, or manufacturing infrastructure.
• Experience leading a team of planners, industrial engineers, and analysts.
• Proven record delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects on time and on budget.
• Must be eligible to hold a US Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the AD&S RE&F team.
• Set the Real Estate Strategy across office, lab, test site, initial production, and full rate production.
• Prioritize and allocate space across the AD&S teams/programs and present recommendations to leadership.
• Set facility requirements with Engineering and Production.
• Lead facility launches and ensure smooth move-in.
• Own the multi-year AD&S real estate plan and the business case for capital investments.
• Define space usage metrics and measure impact on P&L for the portfolio.
• Backstop the function for the division.
