Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a senior leader to drive revenue growth in Real Estate Due Diligence (JREDD) through strategic business development and account management. You will oversee campaigns, proposals, and client engagements across domestic and international settings.

The role requires a strong background in CRE, equity markets, and due diligence. Expect travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver client value and compliance insights.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial real estate.
• Proven track record in client management and account development.
• Mastery-level knowledge of due diligence scope differences for underwriting and acquisition/disposition transactions.

Mansioni

• Drive revenue growth by managing business development activities and supporting JREDD business leaders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from outreach to contract closure.
• Coordinate with JREDD service delivery managers for client scoping, pricing, and timing.
• Develop and present proposals to prospective clients.
• Maintain relationships with existing JREDD clients and ensure service goals are met.
• Track pipeline and provide regular updates on business development efforts.
• Travel domestically and internationally for client meetings and conferences.
