Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Project Management or related fields with 5+ years of related work experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred.
• Applied knowledge of quality improvement, accreditation and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Performs elevated program management duties; focuses on measures and operational efficiency.
• Manages day-to-day operations to ensure program compliance with standards.
• Plans, schedules, monitors and reports on program activities.
• Develops and presents trending reports to executive management.
• Leads development of program plans and ensures timely progress.
• Oversees high-visibility projects, scopes, solutions and outcomes.
• Collaborates with Quality Measurement to monitor interventions and goals.
• Coaches cross-functional teams to meet schedules and resolve issues.
