Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience; Master's degree preferred.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Knowledge of quality improvement, accreditation and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex programs/projects with end-to-end oversight and organizational efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, sponsors and executives.
• Develop program plans, dashboards and reports to monitor progress.
• Ensure program activities align with quality, accreditation and regulatory requirements.
