Job summary

Excellus Health Plan Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex programs and provide end-to-end solutioning across accreditation, CMS/DOH, member experience and plan performance.

Under management guidance, this role serves as primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, delivering program submissions on specifications and deadlines while monitoring outcomes and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business or Healthcare Administration, Analytics, Project Management or related fields with a minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• PMI/PMP certification preferred; strong leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead elevated program management across multiple projects and drive end-to-end solutions.
• Ensure compliance with program standards and deadlines.
• Communicate with users, sponsors and management to review scope and progress.
• Plan, schedule, monitor and report activities related to the program.
• Oversee governance, vendor/auditor/regulator relationships and escalation handling.
• Monitor budgets, resources and risks; implement improvements and measure outcomes.
